Program structure and budget
The programme will be financed from the European Regional Development Fund. The total allocation of the program is EUR 550 million.
The program has three priorities:
- Effective institutions – EUR 385 million
- Effective beneficiaries – EUR 140 million
- Effective communication – EUR 25 million

Public consultations on the program
From 16 March to 19 April 2021, public consultations of the Technical Assistance for European Funds 2021-2027 program were held.
In August 2021, the Technical Assistance for European Funds 2021-2027 program was recognised as consistent with the draft Partnership Agreement and received a positive recommendation from the Joint Commission of the Government and Local Government.

Conference

Public hearing
The public hearing of the draft program Technical Assistance for European Funds 2021-2027 took place on 30 April 2021.
Thanks to the hearing, government representatives were able to hear opinions on the draft program. The initiator and patron of this initiative was the Subcommittee for Partnership Development (one of the bodies in which representatives of the government, local government, social and economic partners, as well as representatives of civic society sit).
The event was prepared by the Shipyard Foundation and the National Federation of Polish NGOs.
